Seasonal Customer Care Representatives (August - September) School Specialty, Inc., the Nation’s Education Market leader, is seeking a group of dynamic associates to join our customer service call center. Seasonal associates will enter orders, as well as do light phone and clerical work. Qualified candidates must be at least 17 years of age, and have completed or are currently completing their high school education, and must have prior data entry experience (7,000 keystrokes per hour, numeric). You must be able to work in a very busy environment where change is the norm, and where professionalism, maturity, and flexibility are the expectation. The season will begin in early May and will end in September. We offer two shifts from 8:30am to 2:30pm and 3:00pm to 9:00pm, so please specify availability on application.
